Published Admission Numbers

The College opened with a Year 7 Pupil Admission Number (PAN) of 90. In 2007/08 the PAN for Year 7 was increased to 120. This growth was based on the demography and building plans for Hampton. The original Indicated Admission Number was 120 and the original net capacity of 600 was calculated for the existing school buildings (Phase 1). In 2009, the first year of the Sixth Form opened with 60 students. In September 2010, 76 further students joined the Sixth Form. Following the completion of the long awaited Phase Two of construction the PAN for Year 7 in September 2013 was set at 180. For September 2015 the PAN was raised to 210, which is the school’s maximum capacity. There is no further building work planned for Hampton College and 210 is the building’s absolute capacity.
