Year 8 started there lunchtime tennis tournament 2 weeks ago. There were 16 entrants and the competition was run on a knockout basis. Leo and Declan contested in the final today and had to play 3 matches to reach this stage. The quality of the tennis has been excellent and it has been good to see students giving up their lunch to take part. The final was a tight game but this year champion was Leo.
The top 4 boys and top 4 girls will represent the College at the Peterborough District Mixed doubles competition next Tuesday.
Well done Leo!!!
