Our fantastic Kitchen manager entered the International Salon Culinaire competition before Easter at the ExCel in London. Rob made a delicious Alaskan Black Cod with Jerusalem artichoke, cucumber, hazelnut with a beurre blanc! Very fancy!
Rob achieved a Silver award for his meal. Huge well done to Rob, what a fantastic achievement!
