Twelve Year 9 students were selected to attend the PDSSA Leadership Academy hosted at Stanground on Monday 30th June. The students had motivational talks from Josh Smith and Neil Hare, two top level EFL referees. The students were then on a rotation of activities developing their confidence in officiating and coaching in football, netball, hockey and dodgeball. They all received free whistles and water bottles! The idea is that these students will be utilised to lead at a variety of School Games sports festivals and events when they are in Year 10
